Technical Specifications 24VDC operating power; built-in high-resolution position feedback transducer; robust mechanical transmission assembly. Operating temperature: -40℃ ~ +85℃.
Functional Features Precise linear stroke adjustment; real-time position feedback; stroke limit protection; anti-stall and overload protection.
Application Scenarios Large bore diesel engine, marine engine and heavy-duty genset fuel control systems.
Performance Parameters Fast stroke response, excellent positioning repeatability, low mechanical hysteresis, stable performance under heavy vibration.
Structural Characteristics Cast metal housing, built-in electromagnetic coil and precision gear transmission, separated terminals for control signal and position feedback wiring.
Working Principle After receiving speed control commands, the internal electromagnetic assembly drives the mechanical transmission structure to change fuel valve opening. The integrated position sensor converts mechanical stroke into electrical feedback signal and sends back to governor controller to realize closed-loop stroke regulation.
Installation Requirements Firmly mount on engine fuel linkage; ensure linkage movement is smooth without jamming; adopt shielded twisted pair for position feedback wiring.
Usage Notes Complete zero and full stroke calibration during commissioning; inspect mechanical wear and linkage clearance during regular overhaul.
