Technical Specifications Supply voltage: 24 V DC ±10%; Communication: CANopen CiA408; Flow medium: natural gas, biogas; Operating pressure: 0.4–12 bar(g); Operating temperature: -30 °C to +120 °C; Enclosure rating: IP65; Position resolution:12-bit.
Functional Features CANopen bus communication; built-in LVDT position closed-loop control; self-diagnosis and fault reporting; linear flow characteristic; full shut-off at zero command; anti-vibration industrial construction.
Application Scenarios Industrial gas generator sets, cogeneration engine fuel control, distributed engine control systems, pipeline gas engine governing.
Performance Parameters Flow linearity: ±2.5% full scale; Repeatability: ±1% FS; Step response time: <20 ms; Internal leakage: <0.5% FS.
Material Composition Aluminum alloy valve body; stainless steel plunger and valve seat; FKM fluororubber sealing ring; solenoid coil; on-board CAN communication electronic board.
Structural Characteristics Inline straight-through flow structure; top-mounted solenoid and electronic assembly; threaded process ports; sealed multi-pin electrical connector.
Working Principle The valve receives flow setpoint commands via CANopen bus. The internal LVDT sensor feeds back the plunger position in real time. The control circuit adjusts solenoid current to keep the target position, modulating gas flow area precisely.
