Technical Specifications Primary voltage: 24 V DC; secondary output: up to 25 kV peak; energy output: 80 mJ typical; dwell range: 1–10 ms; operating temperature: -40 °C to +125 °C; enclosure rating: IP65; insulation class: H.
Functional Features High-energy spark output; fast rise time; high-temperature rated construction; internally suppressed EMI; corrosion-resistant housing.
Application Scenarios Industrial gas engine ignition, natural gas generator sets, biogas and landfill gas engines, stationary engine ignition systems.
Performance Parameters Spark energy: 80 mJ at rated dwell; rise time: < 10 µs; insulation withstand: 30 kV peak; coil resistance: 0.5 Ω primary, 3.5 kΩ secondary.
Material Composition Epoxy-encapsulated coil winding; silicon steel core; high-voltage output terminal; metal mounting bracket; high-temperature lead wire.
Structural Characteristics Bracket-mounted coil assembly; insulated high-voltage output tower; primary connection terminals; mounting slotted holes.
Working Principle Primary current builds a magnetic field in the coil core. When primary current is interrupted, the collapsing field induces a high-voltage pulse in the secondary winding to fire the spark plug.
Installation Requirements Mount on engine cylinder head or bracket; connect primary wiring to ignition module; connect high-tension lead to spark plug; torque mounting fasteners evenly.
