Functional Features
Supports multiple standard industrial protocols for broad system compatibility. Auto-detecting 10/100Mbps Ethernet port. Web server for remote configuration and diagnostics. Status indicators for network and I/O activity. Hot-swap I/O modules for online maintenance. DIN rail mounting for quick installation.
Application Scenarios
It integrates distributed WAGO I/O systems into PLC control systems, factory automation networks, building automation, material handling systems and process control applications.
Performance Parameters
Ethernet data rate: 10/100Mbps auto-sensing. I/O update time: 1ms. Maximum modules: 64 per coupler. Operating temperature range: -25°C to +60°C. Vibration resistance: 2G @ 10Hz to 500Hz. Shock resistance: 30G.
Material Composition
Housing: UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant polyamide. PCB: FR-4 glass epoxy. Connectors: gold-plated copper alloy. I/O terminals: cage clamp copper alloy.
Structural Characteristics
It features compact WAGO 750 series form factor, front panel status LEDs, RJ45 Ethernet port, side I/O bus connector, cage clamp power terminals, and DIN rail mounting base.
Working Principle
It acts as a gateway between the Ethernet network and the WAGO I/O system bus. It converts network packets to I/O bus commands and vice versa, exchanging data between the host controller and distributed I/O modules.
Installation Requirements
Mount on standard 35mm DIN rail. Connect 24V DC power supply. Plug in Ethernet network cable. Connect WAGO I/O modules to the side bus. Configure via web interface or configuration software.
Usage Notes
Assign unique IP address for each coupler. Check status LEDs for fault diagnosis. Use only WAGO-approved I/O modules. Follow ESD handling procedures.
