Performance Parameters
Frequency range: 0.5Hz to 20kHz. Amplitude accuracy: ±1% full scale. FFT resolution: down to 0.1Hz. Temperature drift: ±50ppm/°C. Operating temperature range: -20°C to +65°C. Vibration resistance: 2G @ 10Hz to 500Hz.
Material Composition
PCB: FR-4 glass epoxy substrate. Connectors: gold-plated copper alloy. Front panel: flame-retardant engineering plastic. Signal circuits: industrial-grade precision analog components.
Structural Characteristics
It adopts standard VM600 Eurocard form factor with front panel status LEDs, BNC input connectors, rear backplane connector, and card guide rails for rack mounting.
Working Principle
It receives analog vibration signals from field transducers, conditions and amplifies the signals, converts them to digital form via high-resolution ADC, and performs digital signal processing including FFT, filtering and parameter calculation. It then transmits measurement data and alarm status to the system controller via the backplane.
Installation Requirements
Install in any available VM600 rack slot. Ensure firm backplane connection. Use shielded coaxial cables for transducer connections. Ground cable shields at the system end. Configure channel types and alarm thresholds via configuration software. Ensure reliable system grounding.
