Three independent output sub-circuits each receive command data from the three Tricon control processors. Voter circuits compare the three command sets and drive the output relays only when at least two channels agree, providing fault tolerance and ensuring safe output states even in the event of a single circuit fault.

Install in any available I/O slot of Triconex chassis. Ensure module is fully seated and secured. Wire output circuits per contact rating. Install surge suppression for inductive loads. Verify chassis grounding.
