Working Principle
It rectifies 3-phase AC input to DC link voltage, then inverts the DC to variable-voltage variable-frequency 3-phase AC output via IGBT power stage. Sensorless vector control algorithm models motor flux and torque to provide precise speed and torque control without encoder feedback.
Installation Requirements
Mount on wall or DIN rail with specified clearances for ventilation. Use appropriately sized copper cable for input and motor connections. Connect protective earth conductor reliably. Install external brake resistor if required. Ensure adequate air flow through cooling fins.
