Operating temperature: 0°C to 60°C
Storage temperature: -40°C to 85°C
Relative humidity: 5% to 95%, non-condensing
Functional Features
Distribute power supply for each PLC module. Provide high-speed internal bus communication path. Realize signal interconnection between CPU and I/O modules. Support hot swap compatible modules.
Application Scenarios
Large industrial DCS and PLC control system, power plant, water treatment, petrochemical, metallurgy and other heavy industry automatic control projects.

Performance Parameters
Backplane bus transmission rate: 80Mbps
Maximum total module current: 8A
Insulation withstand voltage: 2500V AC
MTBF: more than 600000 hours
Structural Characteristics
Metal base frame with printed circuit board. Gold-plated slot connectors for module insertion. Standard DIN rail mounting structure. Fixed end brackets for rack locking.
Material Composition
Base frame: galvanized steel. PCB: FR-4 flame retardant board. Slot connector: gold plated copper alloy. Insulator: flame retardant engineering plastic.
Working Principle
The backplane carries power lines and high-speed bus traces. After power input, it distributes power to each inserted module. It transmits data between CPU module and I/O modules through internal bus traces.
Installation Requirements
Mount horizontally or vertically on DIN rail inside control cabinet. Fix the end brackets to prevent rack sliding. Install modules after rack installation completed. Keep enough ventilation space around rack.
Usage Notes
Do not plug or unplug modules under power-on condition for non-hot-swap modules. Prevent conductive dust accumulation on backplane slots. Cut off power before maintenance work. Avoid mechanical impact on the rack.
