Working Principle
When the solenoid is energized, the pilot spool shifts to direct control pressure to the main spool end, shifting the main spool to redirect flow between the inlet, cylinder and exhaust ports. When de-energized, the return spring shifts the spool back to the normal position.
Installation Requirements
Install in-line with pneumatic tubing using appropriate thread sealant. Mount in orientation specified in manual for proper operation. Connect solenoid to correct voltage supply. Ensure air supply is filtered and lubricated per specification.
Usage Notes
Do not exceed maximum operating pressure. Filter air supply to 40 micron minimum. Lubricate air supply for extended seal life. Test manual override during commissioning. Replace solenoid coil if failure occurs.
