Functional Features
High-capacity silver alloy contacts for DC switching. Hermetically sealed option available for harsh environments. Low power coil design. High contact pressure for low resistance. Wide temperature range for industrial and outdoor use.
Application Scenarios
It controls DC motors, solenoids, battery systems, material handling equipment, and industrial DC power circuits.
Performance Parameters
Contact rating: 15A @ 250V DC resistive. Pickup time: <15ms. Dropout time: <10ms. Contact resistance: <5mΩ. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +85°C. Vibration resistance: 10G @ 10Hz to 500Hz.
Material Composition
Contact: silver-nickel alloy. Coil: copper winding with insulation. Housing: phenolic resin with metal mounting bracket. Terminals: tin-plated copper.
Structural Characteristics
It features open-frame construction, mounting bracket, screw terminals, coil terminals, and dust cover option.
Working Principle
When coil voltage is applied, the magnetic armature pulls in, closing the normally open contact and opening the normally closed contact. When voltage is removed, the return spring resets the contacts to normal position.
Installation Requirements
Mount on panel or DIN rail with hardware. Wire power and load circuits per contact rating. Observe correct coil polarity. Connect protective circuit for inductive loads.
Usage Notes
Do not exceed contact current and voltage ratings. Install surge suppression for inductive loads. Inspect contacts periodically for wear. Follow lockout procedures when servicing.
