Working Principle The module implements S7 communication protocol stack over industrial Ethernet. It establishes S7 connection to Siemens PLC, reads/writes DB block data and exchanges data with ControlLogix CPU via rack backplane bus.
Installation Requirements Install into ControlLogix rack slot. Connect Ethernet cable to same network as Siemens PLC. Configure IP and S7 connection parameters with Prosoft configuration software.
