Working Principle
It receives electrical Ethernet signals from the copper cable, converts them into modulated light signals via a laser transmitter, and launches the light into the fiber optic cable. At the remote end, a photodetector converts received light signals back to electrical Ethernet signals for connection to end equipment.
Installation Requirements
Mount on 35mm DIN rail. Connect 24V DC power supply. Clean fiber end face before mating. Observe minimum fiber bend radius. Ground the unit chassis. Configure speed and duplex to match connected devices.
