Functional Features
Rare-earth permanent magnet design delivers high torque density. Low inertia rotor provides fast acceleration and dynamic response. Brushed commutation provides simple drive interface. Compact NEMA 23 frame fits space-limited applications. Smooth cogging-free operation.
Application Scenarios
It applies to precision positioning systems, medical equipment, packaging machinery, data storage devices, optical equipment and light industrial motion control applications.

Material Composition
Housing: anodized aluminum alloy. Rotor: rare-earth permanent magnets. Shaft: hardened steel. Bearings: sealed ball bearings. Commutator: copper with graphite brushes.
Structural Characteristics
It features round body NEMA 23 frame, keyed output shaft, rear brush compartment, side-mounted power terminals, and face mounting flange.
Working Principle
DC voltage applied to the armature creates current in the rotor windings. The interaction between rotor current and the permanent magnet field produces torque. Brushes commutates current to the rotor windings as the motor rotates, maintaining continuous torque production.
Installation Requirements
Mount via face mounting flange with specified bolt torque. Align shaft with load to avoid radial and axial misalignment. Use flexible coupling for transmission. Connect power with correct polarity. Ensure adequate heat dissipation.
