Technical Specifications Input voltage range: AC 230V; Output DC voltage for brake coil; Compact DIN rail mounting design; Overcurrent protection built-in; Operating temperature range: -20°C ~ +60°C.
Functional Features Realize rapid excitation and release of motor brake; Suppress voltage surge during brake switching; Short-circuit protection function; Simple wiring and easy replacement.
Application Scenarios Used for lifting, material handling, automation production line motors and servo motors equipped with electromagnetic brakes.
Performance Parameters Rated input: 230V AC; Brake response time: milliseconds level; Insulation strength meets industrial low-voltage standard.
Structural Characteristics Plastic enclosure, DIN rail clip structure, terminal block for power and brake wiring.
Working Principle After receiving AC power input, internal rectifier circuit converts alternating current into direct current to energize the brake coil, releasing the motor brake; when power cuts off, the coil de-energizes and the brake locks the motor shaft immediately.
Installation Requirements Mount on standard DIN rail inside control cabinet; Maintain ventilation space around the module; Keep away from high heat and vibration sources.
Usage Notes Disconnect power supply before wiring. Verify matching between rectifier output and brake coil rated voltage. Do not use in explosive hazardous environments.
