Technical Specifications
Frame size: 60mm. Rated torque: 0.95Nm. Peak torque: 2.85Nm. Voltage class: 240V AC. Feedback: 20-bit incremental encoder. Brake: integrated holding brake. Cooling method: natural convection. Protection rating: IP65. Operating temperature range: 0°C to +40°C. Weight: 2.8kg.
Functional Features
Natural convection cooling requires no external cooling hardware. High-resolution incremental encoder provides precise speed and position feedback. Integrated permanent magnet brake holds load position on power loss. Low-inertia rotor enables fast acceleration and dynamic response. Smooth low-cogging operation for precision motion. Sealed IP65 construction suits industrial plant environments.
Application Scenarios
It is used for precision positioning systems, light assembly machinery, packaging equipment, material handling axes, labeling machines and general industrial motion control applications.
Material Composition
Housing: anodized aluminum alloy. Rotor: rare-earth permanent magnets. Shaft: hardened carbon steel. Bearings: sealed deep-groove ball bearings. Encoder: optical incremental encoder. Brake: permanent magnet friction brake.
Structural Characteristics
It features cylindrical 60mm IEC frame, keyed output shaft, rear encoder and brake compartment, side-mounted power and signal connectors, and standard B5 flange mounting face.
Working Principle
The servo drive supplies variable-frequency three-phase AC power to the stator, creating a rotating magnetic field that interacts with rotor permanent magnets to produce torque. Natural convection dissipates waste heat through the housing surface. The encoder provides position and speed feedback for closed-loop control, and the brake engages to hold position when power is removed.
Installation Requirements
Mount via B5 flange with specified bolt torque. Align shaft with load to avoid bearing misalignment. Use flexible coupling for transmission. Connect power and encoder cables correctly. Connect protective earth ground.
