Working Principle
It operates as a permanent magnet synchronous servo motor. The servo drive supplies variable-frequency three-phase AC power to the stator windings, creating a rotating magnetic field that interacts with the rotor permanent magnets to produce torque. Coolant circulates through the housing jacket to absorb and remove waste heat, enabling continuous high-power operation without thermal derating. The encoder feeds back rotor position and speed to the drive for closed-loop position and velocity control.
Installation Requirements
Mount via standard B5 flange with bolts torqued to specification. Align motor shaft with load axis to minimize radial and axial bearing loads.
