Technical Specifications
Number of channels: 20 differential. Signal type: voltage, temperature, resistance. Voltage range: ±100V DC/AC peak. Channel switching time: <2ms. Accuracy: ±0.01% of reading. Isolation: 1000V DC channel-to-channel. Power supply: from mainframe. Operating temperature range: 0°C to +50°C.
Functional Features
Twenty differential channels for high-density signal scanning. Low thermal offset design for accurate low-level measurements. Built-in channel identification. Relay-based switching for high signal integrity. Supports thermocouple and RTD temperature measurements.
Application Scenarios
It is used for multi-point temperature monitoring, component characterization, environmental test chambers, calibration systems and laboratory data acquisition.
Performance Parameters
Switching time: <2ms. Offset error: <10µV. Isolation: 1000V DC. Channel repeatability: <1mΩ. Operating temperature range: 0°C to +50°C.
Material Composition
Housing: flame-retardant plastic. Switching elements: gold-plated contact relays. PCB: FR-4 with low-thermal-coefficient traces. Connectors: gold-plated copper.
Structural Characteristics
It features standard Keithley plug-in module form factor, front panel channel labeling, rear card edge connector, and card guide mounting.
Working Principle
It receives control commands from the mainframe controller, energizes corresponding channel relays to connect the selected input signal to the measurement bus, enabling a single measurement instrument to sequentially measure multiple input signals.
Installation Requirements
Install in available slot of 2700 series mainframe. Ensure card is fully seated and secured. Connect input signals to terminal block. Configure channel scan via mainframe controller.
Usage Notes
Do not exceed maximum voltage rating. Calibrate offset periodically. Handle only by ESD procedures. Clean contacts if resistance increases.
