Working Principle
It receives analog signals from field transmitters, amplifies and conditions them through isolated signal conditioning circuits, converts them to digital values via high-resolution ADC, and transmits measurement data to the controller via the backplane.
Installation Requirements
Install in any Mark V chassis I/O slot. Use shielded twisted pair field wiring grounded at system side. Configure channel ranges via engineering software. Ensure chassis grounding.
Usage Notes
Calibrate periodically. Avoid routing analog cables parallel to power cables. Check status LEDs for faults. Follow ESD handling procedures.
