Working Principle Field RTD resistance signal is transmitted to FBM203 module through termination assembly. Internal circuit measures resistance value of RTD sensor, converts resistance variation into corresponding temperature value. Processed temperature data is sent to DCS field control processor via redundant fieldbus, meanwhile channel fault status information is uploaded.

Installation Requirements Install supporting baseplate on standard 35 mm DIN‑rail inside control cabinet. Insert FBM203 module onto baseplate and lock mechanical buckle. Connect field RTD sensor wiring to matched termination assembly terminals. Complete redundant fieldbus wiring. Configure RTD sensor type and wiring mode in DCS configuration software.
