Isolation voltage: 500V AC channel-to-bus, 250V AC channel-to-channel. Backplane current draw: 350mA @ 5V DC. Power dissipation: 1.75W maximum. Operating temperature range: 0°C to +60°C. Storage temperature range: -40°C to +85°C.
Functional Features
It supports configurable input ranges per channel for compatibility with diverse field instruments. Built-in signal conditioning and filtering suppress electrical noise and interference. It provides open-circuit detection and over-range/under-range alarm functions. Hot-swap capability enables module replacement without system shutdown. Per-channel status indicators provide real-time operating status visualization.
Application Scenarios
It is widely applied in thermal power plant DCS systems, petrochemical process control, water treatment monitoring, gas turbine control systems, and continuous manufacturing process data acquisition.

Material Composition
The front panel is made of flame-retardant PC/ABS plastic. The circuit board adopts FR-4 glass epoxy substrate with copper traces. Internal components use industrial-grade integrated circuits.
Structural Characteristics
It adopts standard Ovation module form factor with front panel status LEDs, labeled channel identifiers, rear backplane connector, and modular card guide design for rack mounting.
Working Principle
It receives analog voltage or current signals from field transmitters and sensors, performs signal amplification, filtering and A/D conversion through internal conditioning circuits, converts analog values into digital data, and transmits the processed measurement data to the Ovation controller via the system backplane for process control and monitoring.
Installation Requirements
Install in any available I/O slot of an Ovation chassis. Ensure the module is fully seated in the card guide and backplane connector. Use shielded twisted pair cables for field analog signals, grounded at the system side only. Verify channel configuration matches field instrument output ranges.
