Functional Features
On-board digital display shows process pressure and diagnostic data. Internal temperature compensation reduces thermal drift. HART protocol enables remote configuration and diagnostics. Programmable damping and zero/span adjustment. Built-in self-diagnostic functions.
Application Scenarios
It measures pressure in hydraulic systems, process piping, tank level measurement, pump discharge monitoring, pneumatic systems and general industrial process applications.

Performance Parameters
Accuracy: ±0.2% full scale. Temperature effect: ±0.02% per °C. Response time: <100ms. Long-term stability: ±0.1% per year. Operating temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.
Material Composition
Sensor: piezoresistive silicon. Process body: 316 stainless steel. Housing: aluminum alloy with epoxy powder coat. Seal: NBR elastomer.
Structural Characteristics
It features cylindrical housing, rotating digital display head, threaded process connection, top cable entry and local zero/span adjustment.
Working Principle
Process pressure acts on the silicon piezoresistive sensor, causing a resistance change proportional to pressure. The microprocessor conditions the signal, applies temperature compensation, and produces a 4-20mA output with superimposed HART digital communication.
Installation Requirements
Install in process line with appropriate thread adapter. Pressure seal with appropriate sealing washer. Wire 2-wire 4-20mA loop. Configure range and damping via HART communicator. Vent gas or prime liquid after installation.
