It is applied to semiconductor wafer handler, wafer cassette loading and unloading station, substrate automatic transmission system in 8-inch and 12-inch wafer fabrication plants.

The main body adopts multi-layer printed circuit board. Gold-plated pin terminals are used for signal connectors to ensure stable contact in long-term operation. Standard fixed holes are reserved for chassis installation. The surface is coated with conformal coating to prevent dust and moisture erosion.
Substrate material: FR-4 flame retardant glass fiber board. Circuit trace material: electrolytic copper. Connector pin material: gold plated copper alloy.
The board receives digital control instructions from the main controller, converts and distributes signals to drive the wafer clamping and positioning actuators.
Install the board vertically inside the sealed equipment cabinet. Secure the board through reserved mounting holes with standard screws.
