Technical Specifications Power Supply: Multi-channel DC input Operating Temperature: 0℃ ~ 60℃ Mounting: Rack slot plug-in installation Signal Interface: Digital I/O, analog signal and backplane bus Relative Humidity: 5% ~ 95%, non-condensing
Functional Features Multi-channel power conversion and regulation. Analog and digital signal collection and transmission. Real-time communication with equipment main controller. Built-in self-diagnosis and fault alarm function. Signal filtering for anti-electromagnetic interference. LED indicators for power and fault status.
Application Scenarios Applied Materials Centura / Endura platform control cabinet. Semiconductor wafer etching and deposition equipment control subsystem. Plasma chamber auxiliary power and signal control unit. Fab preventive maintenance spare electronic board. Wafer process equipment automation control system.
Performance Parameters Signal sampling: Stable multi-channel signal acquisition Isolation performance: Channel isolation for noise suppression Fault diagnosis: Real-time detection of circuit failure Communication reliability: Stable backplane bus data transmission
Material Composition PCB Substrate: Flame retardant high reliability fiberglass board Electronic Components: Industrial grade IC, resistors and capacitors Connector: Gold plated edge connector for rack backplane
Structural Characteristics Standard rack plug-in PCB assembly. Surface mount and through-hole electronic components. Gold plated edge connector for power and data exchange. Front panel with mounting screws and status indicators. Anti-vibration structure for continuous cabinet operation.
Working Principle This board receives main power input and converts into required secondary power for on-board and field components. It collects analog/digital feedback signals from chamber sensors, transmits data to main controller and executes interlock command when abnormal state occurs.
Installation Requirements Take ESD protection measures before handling. Cut off rack power before inserting or removing the board. Slide board along guide rail until connector fully mates with backplane. Tighten front panel mounting screw. Power on and run system self-test program.
