Non-volatile memory: supports up to 2GB SD card.
Functional Features
It executes high-speed logic control with 1ms per 1K words scan speed. It integrates dual EtherNet/IP ports with DLR support for network redundancy. Built-in motion control functions support up to 100 axes of CIP motion. It provides comprehensive on-board diagnostics and battery-backed program memory.

Application Scenarios
It is widely used in automotive assembly lines, motion control systems, process control applications, material handling systems, packaging machinery, power generation automation, water and wastewater treatment, and large-scale manufacturing facilities.
Structural Characteristics
It adopts standard single-slot ControlLogix structure with metal shielding housing, front panel mode key switch, USB programming port, dual Ethernet ports, status LEDs, alphanumeric display, battery compartment, and SD card slot.
Working Principle
As the central processing unit of the ControlLogix system, it cyclically executes user control programs, reads input data from I/O modules, performs logic arithmetic and data processing, outputs control commands to output modules, and manages communication and system diagnostics to realize automatic control of industrial processes.
Installation Requirements
Install in slot 0 of the ControlLogix chassis. Install the backup battery for program retention. Use Category 5e or higher Ethernet cables.
