Built-in overload and underload detection functions support motor protection. LED status indicators provide power, communication, and fault status. It integrates with Allen-Bradley motor protection and control systems.
Application Scenarios
It is widely used in motor load monitoring, conveyor overload protection, pump current sensing, compressor condition monitoring, manufacturing equipment predictive maintenance, and DeviceNet-based motor control systems.
Performance Parameters
Measurement accuracy: ±2% full scale. Response time: <100ms. DeviceNet baud rates: 125, 250, 500 kbps auto-detect. Operating temperature range: -20°C to +60°C. Vibration resistance: 2G @ 10Hz to 500Hz. Shock resistance: 30G.
Material Composition
Housing is industrial-grade flame-retardant plastic. Current transformer cores are silicon steel with copper windings. Terminals are tin-plated copper alloy.
Structural Characteristics
It adopts compact industrial plastic housing with integrated current transformer cores, screw terminal connections, front panel status LEDs, DeviceNet communication connector, and DIN rail mounting clips.
Working Principle
It senses three-phase load current through internal current transformers, converts the current signals to digital values, processes the data for overload and fault conditions, and transmits measurement and status data to the system controller via the DeviceNet network for protection and monitoring functions.
Installation Requirements
Mount on standard 35mm DIN rail or equipment panel. Pass load conductors through the CT windows in correct phase order. Use 24V DC power supply within ±10% tolerance. Connect DeviceNet cable with proper network termination. Ensure reliable system grounding.
