Eight individually isolated relay outputs support independent AC or DC loads per channel. Electromechanical contacts provide full galvanic isolation. Built-in snubber circuits suppress switching transients. Per-channel yellow status indicators show output state. Hot-swap design enables module replacement without powering down the system.

It applies to mixed load control, valve actuation, motor contactor control, building automation systems, process control switching, and applications requiring galvanic isolation between control and field circuits.

Enclosure is flame-retardant engineering plastic. Relay contacts are silver-nickel alloy. Terminal connectors are tin-plated copper alloy.

It features Flex I/O standard form factor with plastic housing, front panel channel status LEDs, eight isolated relay circuits, and rear Flex bus connector for terminal base mounting.

It receives control signals from the system controller via the Flex bus, energizes individual relay coils to close or open contact points, and switches power to field loads. The electromechanical contacts provide complete electrical isolation between the control logic and each field load circuit.

Mount on 1794-TB2, TB3, or compatible terminal base units. Use appropriately sized wire for load current. Tighten terminals to specified torque. Install surge suppression for inductive loads. Observe correct polarity for DC loads.
