Two isolated output groups allow mixing AC and DC loads on a single module. Per-channel status LEDs indicate output state. Electromechanical relays provide galvanic isolation between control logic and field loads. Removable terminal block simplifies wiring and maintenance. Contact bounce suppression ensures reliable load switching.

It is used for control of motors, solenoids, valves, contactors, indicator lights, and general-purpose switching loads in manufacturing machinery, building automation, process control systems, and packaging equipment.

The enclosure is made of UL 94 V-0 flame-retardant plastic. Relay contacts are silver alloy for high conductivity and wear resistance. Terminal blocks use copper alloy with tin plating.

It adopts standard CompactLogix form factor with flame-retardant plastic housing, removable screw terminal block, front panel yellow status LEDs, and side-mounted system bus connectors.

It receives control commands from the system controller, energizes relay coils to open or close contact points, and switches power to field loads. The electromechanical contacts provide galvanic isolation between the low-voltage control circuit and high-voltage field circuits.

Install within 8 modules of the system power supply. Use 22-14 AWG copper wire rated at 90°C. Tighten terminal screws to 0.68 N·m torque. Observe correct polarity for DC loads. Install surge suppression for inductive loads.
