Working Principle
It realizes data writing and erasing electrically, stores data by charge retention in floating gate transistors so that data is not lost after power off, and completes program storage and calling through data interaction with the CPU via the PLC bus.
Installation Requirements
Insert into the corresponding memory slot of the CPU module. Ensure pins are aligned and fully inserted. Set the write protection switch correctly. Install in dry and dust-free environment. Avoid electrostatic contact during operation.
Usage Notes
Do not power off during read/write operations. Do not insert or remove the module with power on. Regularly back up programs to other media. Avoid frequent erasing and writing to shorten service life. Operate after electrostatic discharge protection.
