Manufacturer and Support
The MVME162PA-252SE was developed by Motorola’s Embedded Communications Computing (ECC) division. Following corporate restructuring, this product line was transitioned to GE Fanuc Embedded Systems, now part of GE Automation & Controls. As a legacy VME module, it is no longer in active production but remains widely used in long-life-cycle systems across critical infrastructure sectors. Technical documentation, spare units, and engineering support are available through GE and authorized industrial automation suppliers. The module is commonly found in system upgrades, replacements, and maintenance programs where reliability and compatibility are essential.
