  • Processor: It can be equipped with a 25 MHz MC68LC040 enhanced 32 - bit microprocessor, with an 8 KB cache and an MMU (Memory Management Unit).
  • Memory: There is 16 MB of shared DRAM. It also has 512 KB of SRAM with battery backup, 1 MB of flash memory for on - board monitor/debugger or user - installed firmware, and 8 k x 8 NVRAM and a clock with battery backup.
